Purchase conditions

Minimum order is €80 + VAT

You must be a company or self-employed and complete all registration details, with the correct NIF/CIF.

Orders

As a wholesale company, we sell in-store and online. Some products listed online may run out of stock but remain active online.

If an out-of-stock product is purchased in an order, the order will be shipped without prior notice to the customer (to expedite shipping and ensure delivery as quickly as possible), and a refund will be issued to the virtual card with the money held for future purchases.

The invoice will be issued without the product or products out of stock.

Returns

Gerard Silver will only be responsible for returning a product due to a manufacturing defect, never due to misuse or circumstances beyond Gerard Silver's control.

The return of the product will be within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the issuance of the invoice, the defective product must be notified by email or WhatsApp with a photograph of the product and a brief description, once reviewed by Gerard Silver, the customer will be notified if the product is suitable for return.

Return charges are the responsibility of the customer, the product must be sent to the address C/ Baixada de Sant Miquel 3 local 1, 08002, Barcelona, (local Gerard Silver).

Shipping to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal (excluding the Portuguese islands): €5 + VAT. Orders over €175 + VAT receive free shipping.

Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla 15 euros shipping and minimum order 275 euros (DHL Express shipping will have the order in 2 or 3 calendar days) 1000 euros free shipping, you also have the option of sending your courier to collect.
Shipping to Europe: €20 + VAT. Orders over €450 receive free shipping.
